Its a luv thing first opened its doors in August 2005 on coast highway in Leucadia. The store was filled with mostly Luv Thing brand tee shirts, affordable jeans and locally made jewelry.
After 5 years and the ensuing recession, the luv thing store downsized to a smaller storefront in encinitas for a year and then downsized once again to a VW bus. When baby bus hit the streets there were only 4 or 5 mobile shopping boutiques in the country. Now coming up on its 8th year of business its a luv thing is once again focusing on the core essence of the brand, Luv thing tee shirts and branded clothing.
My goal is and always has been for everyone who owns an item to say " I love this thing!" I want everyone to enjoy the comfortable fabrics and know that each item is designed with them in mind, to celebrate their inner beauty, yet be comfortable in this laid back coastal community that we all love- Leucadia.
